To our valued clients,

We are so excited to welcome you into the studio again! We’d like to take this opportunity to inform you of the new protocols we have put in place as well as additional precautions we are taking to ensure a safe environment for both our staff and clients upon our reopening.

Our top priority is to continue servicing our guests in the safest way possible. We have always adhered to the highest standards of sanitation & disinfection and we will continue to strictly follow WorkSafeBC, Fraser Health and our government for updates and guidelines along the way.

Just as we are asking our staff to take these necessary steps, it is also crucial that our clients follow our new guidelines as well so that we may continue to service you in the most safest way possible.

Client Guidelines

  • Wash your hands or use the provided touch-less hand sanitizer on the front desk upon your arrival.

  • Practice social distancing of 2 meters while in the reception area

  • Let your technician know if at anytime you feel uncomfortable or have any concerns during your visit.

  • Please know that we will be in close contact with you during your service and will be equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment to help protect you as well as ourselves.

  • We will have freshly laundered blankets to offer you during your service. Each blanket is washed between each use. If you’d like to bring your own clean blanket, please feel free to do so.

  • We now place a freshly laundered head wrap over every client’s forehead to minimize skin to skin contact while in service.
